We can’t wait to welcome you back next year for more Diddy Eventing! Don’t worry if you’re already missing it, the Diddy XC course is on hire until 26th September so make sure to head to our website to book in 🎟️

Join us on Sunday 27th September from 10am – 3 pm for a relaxed and informal introduction to Solihull Riding Club, and the Hayloft Cafe 🐴🐶

Whether you’re interested in equine or canine membership, fancy a look around our new cafe, or are an existing member, there’s something for everyone.

❤️ Prospective Members – book onto a free of charge polework clinic with our coach Jane Richmond or secure your space on our Working Hunter (ponies & horses) clinic with coach Olivia Minihane.

💛 Members – bring a non-member friend and enjoy a Boundary Ride hack or pop some fences in the Members Field, free of charge for both you and your companion.

☕ All welcome for drinks and snacks in the Hayloft cafe, with a Hog Roast served outside from 12 noon *vegetarian options available, subject to availability

🐶 Bring along your canine friends for our Fun Dog Show with prizes kindly sponsored by Agria Pet Insurance

❤️ Local to the Riding Club? Pop along for a guided tour (11am or 1pm) and stay to watch the West Midlands Mounted Police Unit in action in our main arena at 1pm.

When you arrive, head to Reception to collect your programme for the day, so you can see everything that’s happening and plan your visit.

And don’t forget to bring some cash for our fabulous raffle! The raffle will be drawn at 12 noon, so make sure you’ve got your tickets before then.

💛 And the grand finale.....take your place in our Hobby Horse races. Running from 2.00 pm, and with the final at 2.30 pm, test your skill over a (very low) course of jumps. Prizes for all!

We’re looking for some lovely volunteers to help us at our Diddy One Day Event Championships this weekend!

Get ready for our Pre-HOYS Working Hunter Show at Solihull Riding Club! A fantastic opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a full Working Hunter course, whether you’re already qualified for HOYS or simply fancy having a go and seeing what it’s all about.

🌟 All classes are open to horses and ponies – plaited or native
🌟 Classes from 60cm right through to 1.20m
🌟 The arena will be specially dressed to simulate a HOYS Working Hunter arena
🌟 Style & Performance format – each rider will jump the course before performing a short individual show
🌟 Conformation is not judged, so the focus is on jumping, style and performance
🌟 Kieran & Will Price will be joining us to judge the day

Whether you’re preparing for HOYS, wanting to give Working Hunter a try, or simply looking to ride a full course in a realistic championship-style environment, this is a great opportunity for everyone!

🏆 Unaffiliated Dressage Championships 🏆

What a fantastic day we had on Sunday, welcoming our qualifiers to our Unaffiliated Dressage Championships!

The arena was dressed to create a true championship atmosphere, and we were delighted to welcome our judges Amanda Rawson & Lyndsay Gammon, who did a fantastic job throughout the day.
