๐ Belonging Together Community BBQ ๐
A huge thank you to everyone who attended Sandalls Cottage for their Belonging Together Community BBQ! โค๏ธ
It was wonderful to see them bring people together from different faiths, cultures, backgrounds, and lived experiences to share food, conversation, laughter, and friendship. The afternoon was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we create spaces where everyone feels welcome, valued, and included.
They have been so touched by the lovely feedback received afterwards. One guest shared that they had "made new friends", while another spoke about the warm hospitality, kindness, and delicious food. ๐ฌ๐ค
A special thank you to their hosts, volunteers, guests, families, and everyone who gave their time, shared food, and helped make the event so memorable. Events like these show the power of community and the importance of creating opportunities for people to connect and belong.
Together, we are building stronger, kinder, and more connected communities. ๐
