My ritual. Another Dubai Dawn (ADD). Every morning, every day, every week, a series of decisions. Normally binary. This or that? One will always be harder than the other. Fulfilment might be always choosing your ‘hard’.

Today was learning to run, again.

And don’t forget, please, that we are still full on fundraising for CycleAgainstCancer. The link is in my bio. I’d love to reach my $50,000 target, with your help!

Learning to run after only biking. Everyday. Short. Intense in terms of technique.
Looking at video and remembering the last ten kilometres of every IRONMAN Triathlon run I realise that I was never a good runner. There’s technique to running well. I don’t have it.

Yet.

While the physical side of our CycleAgainstCancer effort is done we have not stopped raising for those who will have or have cancer. You can donate still. Please do. Every little helps!

Sometimes I sit and think, and then again I just sit. Sounds like something Winnie the Pooh might say?

Waiting to start another long, hot day in the saddle as we ride 3,335kms from Barcelona to Paris taking in 55,000m of the greatest climbs in Spain and France. Can’t wait for the Champs Elysees now. Just a few more Alps!

Every contribution will go in full towards our goal of AED3,335,000 for medical provision of cancer care for those who cannot otherwise get treatment.

We are not there yet. We would love you to join us. The donation link is in my bio.

On the first day of July we will ride. 14 friends on bikes. Departing from Barcelona, 25 days later we will arrive in Paris. 3,335kms. 55,000m of elevation. All for those who have Cancer.

I have set myself a target of $50,000 in donations. I’m hoping for four great corporate entities with generous hearts to contribute $5,000 each. The remainder I hope will come from individuals, family, friends, small businesses.

If you can help please see the link in bio!
