I wanted to share these in case they can help someone else too. 🤍

Anxiety can feel huge ,especially for children who might not always have the words to explain what is happening inside their body or mind. Sometimes having a little reminder of what we can do in that moment can make things feel more manageable.

These little cards include simple ideas for grounding, breathing, challenging anxious thoughts, mindfulness, movement, finding a safe person and remembering that difficult feelings will pass.

I’ve put them onto two printable A4 sheets so you can print them, put them on your fridge or cut them out and keep them somewhere handy. You could pop them in a school bag, bedroom, calm corner, classroom or even let your child choose the ones that work best for them. 🧠🌱

And they’re not just for children ,adults need reminders sometimes too.

Please feel free to save, print and share so they can reach another child, parent, family or person who might need them.

There are people out there who would go to the end of the earth for you. There are people out there who would care about you so much if they were ever given a chance to get to know your kind heart. There are people out there who will promise you the world and actually deliver.

There are people out there who genuinely want the absolute best for you. I know you have been hurt in the past, but please remember there are good souls out there who will love you with every beat of their heart. Good people find good people, and there is still so much good in this world to discover. I hope you have the courage to let go of your fears and stay open enough to let all the good things flow right in.
