🏡 Lime Rendering Project Underway in Knowle, Solihull
Here’s an update from Phil on a property in Knowle where we’re preparing to install a new lime render system.
After removing the failed render, we found a combination of traditional brickwork and timber-framed areas. The timber sections have now been prepared using wood wool carrier boards, while the exposed brickwork has been cleaned and prepared ready for rendering.
With the preparation nearly complete, the next stage will be applying the Seciltek lime render system.
We’ll share another update as the project progresses.

🏡 A Smart New Finish in Pershore
The owners of this Worcestershire property wanted to improve its appearance without losing its character - and the finished result speaks for itself.
We applied a silicone render that works brilliantly with the dark windows, cladding and exterior details. It has completely lifted the frontage and brought the different parts of the property together.

🏡 A Closer Look at Our Completed Barnt Green Project

To complement the style of the property, we introduced ashlar detailing and stone-coated resin banding rather than opting for a completely modern appearance.
Once the landscaping was complete, we returned to finish the gates and boundary walls to match the house.
The result is a warmer, protected home with detailing that feels right for the property - and the complete system is covered by a 25-year insurance-backed warranty.

We’re back at a property Barnt Green that we first visited around two years ago, before a major renovation got underway.
Our work included external wall insulation throughout with a silicone render finish, along with metal ashlar detailing and stone-coated resin banding to give the property a more traditional look.
We spent time with the homeowners getting the finish right, combining a modern render system with details that suit the style of the property.
Around 12 months after completing the main house, we returned to render the gates and surrounds to match - putting the finishing touches to the whole project.
