Save the Date – Wrexham Christmas Lights Switch-On
Mark your calendars for Saturday, 14th November, as Wrexham lights up for the festive season with a full day of holiday celebrations across the city centre.
🎄 Seasonal Wrexham’s Artisan Market
Starting at 10:00AM on Queen’s Square, spend the day browsing a fantastic selection of stalls from Wrexham's Artisan Market. Look forward to hot food and drinks, handmade gifts, artisan goods and more.
🎤 Official Christmas Lights Switch-On
Live entertainment begins on Queen’s Square from 12:00PM, bringing plenty of festive energy to the city centre throughout the afternoon. From 4:30PM, the countdown begins for Wrexham’s official Christmas Lights Switch-On.
✨ The Christmas Parade
Straight after the lights are switch on, the Christmas Parade will begin, featuring Nightingale House Hospice’s lantern procession. It’s a beautiful way to light up the streets of Wrexham and raise money for an important cause.
🪩 Live Switch-On Concert
From 5:30PM, head over to Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre for the grand finale. Enjoy a fantastic line up of live music and performances as the celebrations continues into the evening.
The Wrexham Christmas Lights Switch-On on Queen's Square is brought to you by Wrexham County Borough Council in collaboration with Fair Events Management, Nightingale House Hospice and Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre.

WE HAVE MOVED!!!
The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning this morning for thunderstorms, so we've moved everything we can indoors!
Live music, Seating, and local businesses have all been relocated inside, where the bar is situated. Unfortunately, we have not been able to move the Hot Food inside - we do have a range of bar snacks and cakes on offer, but you are more than welcome to fetch pizza, takeaway, McDonald's, or a full picnic with you to enjoy while you're here!
We can't control the weather, but we can keep the night going indoors in the dry!
Pop down, enjoy a night of FREE music and support these amazing local businesses!!
