A new name making waves in Tbilisi’s now world-renowned techno scene, Obstructor follows the path of his illustrious predecessors whilst carving out a lane truly his own. Championing a highly meditative approach - spanning spacious electronics and paced-up floor dynamics through minutely crafted narratives, the young Georgian producer has us moving across tides of finely sculpted sine waves and left field-leaning dubs. Equally at ease in the field of club-oriented maneuvers and mind-expanding abstraction, Obstructor leaves no stone unturned in his quest for the right bar in the right place, and the right emotion at the right time. Hello, lately i’ve been struggling to focus on producing Techno, so i’ve turned to something more emotional ambient music.

These are small snippets of what i’ve been working on recently.
I’ve decided to share them here, because honestly… they might never be officially released.
And that felt kinda sad to keep to myself.

Obstructor joins the NRBK catalogue and the EP includes a remix by myself.

Giorgi was one of the first artists to ever release an EP on Hayes years ago and since then I’ve been a huge fan of his work. His attention to detail, sound design and especially the ability to make a few elements sound huge have always impressed me and it’s a skill I admire more the older I get. Hope you enjoy this one!
