These are the noises Adam Tarry makes... I think it's time now to get some echoes from the wider world - so I'm creating an alter-ego - OneIn5.
While putting together demos to share ideas with my musical brother Sam Brace over the past couple of years, I've massively enjoyed the process of learning how to assign ideas to digital record. I've made progress with my mixing and - although I'm never going to be a technically skilled musician - or a natural singer - the noises I'm making have started to sound like something you'd call "actual music" in the past 6 months... And it's great fun! (Cos "Adam Tarry" doesn't feel like a very rock-n-roll name in the abstract.) The name OneIn5 is a nod to Jim Morrison, but it's a theme that's been with me for a long time. It talks to finding regular space in your life to do things that make you whole... If you can mark one in every 5 days with that benediction, I think you're probably living your best life. It's a goal I try live by.
