We celebrated Michelle’s birthday today with delicious cakes, decorations and, if you look closely, a little help from her favourite band - with Michelle taking her rightful place in the line-up…

We spent the day at Grow Limited today, getting stuck in with whatever needed doing. There was no strategy session, no presentations and no inboxes – just a chance to work alongside the fantastic team, have a few laughs and help out.

A huge thank you to everyone at Grow for making us so welcome and for the work you do every day.

Today we’re saying a very fond farewell to Bethan Batiste, who is leaving GTA after more than four years with our Service Delivery Facilities team.

For many of our delegates and tutors, Bethan will be a familiar face. She has been one of the first people to welcome you through our doors each day, while also making sure our training rooms, facilities and equipment were ready.

Alongside her role at GTA, Bethan has been building her career as a music teacher, and we’re delighted that she is now taking the next step to pursue this full-time!

Her leaving gift felt particularly fitting: a comb binding machine of her own, so she can prepare music for her students without having to borrow GTA’s...

Bethan, thank you for your warmth, care, hard work and all the support you have given to our team, tutors and delegates over the years. You will be greatly missed, but we’re so excited to see what comes next for you - including your wedding in August 🎉

Starting work for the first time, or returning after time away?

Our FREE Introduction to the Workplace session is designed to support school leavers, university graduates, new recruits and those returning to work as they take their next step into the workplace.

This practical session explores key areas including:
