📌 Launchpad Series – Session Recap

Today’s session on “MVP: Build, Validate and Launch” with Eugene Sewor (DevOps Engineer) was insightful and practical.

Here are some key takeaways:

1. Start small (MVP) Don’t wait for perfection. Build a simple version of your idea that solves a real problem.

2.Validate early , Test your product with real users and gather feedback before scaling.

3. Focus on users , Build based on what users actually need, not assumptions.

4. Iterate and improve , Use feedback to refine and grow your product step by step.

5. Launch fast ,Get your product out there early and improve as you go.

Big thanks to our speaker for the valuable insights and to everyone who participated. 🙌

Looking forward to applying these lessons in our projects 🚀
