The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) is cautioning the general public against siphoning fuel from overturned fuel tankers.
Desist from getting closer to accident scenes to take pictures or videos.
Petroleum products are highly volatile and extremely flammable. A small spark,even from a mobile phone, vehicle engine, or cigarette ,can trigger a catastrophic explosion, leading to severe injuries, loss of lives, and destruction of property.
In such situations, immediately alert trained emergency responders like the:

• Ghana Police Service
