A significant milestone for 41 Europa Road today, with unanimous outline planning approval granted by the Development and Planning Commission.

We're excited to help restore and revitalise this historic yet dilapidated building, safeguarding an important piece of Gibraltar's heritage while creating a renewed future for the site. Our sincere thanks go to Town Planning, Heritage, the Ministry of Transport and all those who have engaged positively with the project and helped us reach this stage.

We're looking forward to bringing this vision to life.

Proud day for the whole team.
Today, Phase 1 of the Waste Management Facility secured unanimous approval from the Development and Planning Commission, representing a major milestone for a project that will help transform Gibraltar's approach to waste management.
The facility is designed to modernise waste handling and processing, enhance materials recovery, improve waste diversion performance, and provide the infrastructure needed to meet future environmental and compliance obligations.
This approval is the result of many months of hard work, dedication, and collaboration. A sincere thank you to our partners Engain, Carduus, Techonis - Global Consulting Services Lda.s, and Belilos, and especially to our client Recycle.gi, whose commitment to improving Gibraltar's waste management system has been the driving force behind this project.
We are excited to continue turning this vision into reality.

After months of collaboration, we're incredibly excited to finally reveal the proposals for Phase 1 of Gibraltar's new Waste Management Facility as the planning application is officially submitted.

It has been a privilege to work alongside .gi and an exceptional team of collaborators to develop a solution where architecture, engineering and environmental responsibility come together. Phase 1 marks an important step towards a smarter, more sustainable future for Gibraltar's waste management, and we're proud to be part of the journey. ♻️🌍
