113 years of experience between this morning’s delegates for our course with Gibtelecom. This group reminded me how fortunate we are in to continue to be served with the personal, local touch, rather than chatbots or someone based in a call centre far away.

It can be tough managing frustrated customers dealing with issues beyond your control, but the appreciation and recognition received following an excellent customer experience makes it worthwhile. This was a message that came through loud and clear.
