Dear Co-Workers,

The past 5 years were a wonderful experience for us, cultivating a community and creating a place for entrepreneurs, techies and business people to work, mingle and thrive. In fact, the space proved so popular with a certain company that it has now been leased in full to them for the foreseeable future. Whilst we are delighted that the space will continue to be a home to movers&shakers, it does mean we are no longer offering flexible office space or hot-desking at this location! However, this is not good-bye - it’s a see you later, with our team exploring alternative opportunities to bring our co-working mission to a new venue. We will keep you updated of our journey, and meanwhile would like to thank you for trusting in us all these years - it’s been a pleasure to share this adventure with you all.

2. Will I bother members when I talk on the phone?

The answer is no. Treat a coworking space as a coffee shop rather than a library. Almost everyone at The WorkLab spends most of their days on the phone, so we have designed our space with acoustic ceiling panels to soften and diffuse the sound to ensure our members would be comfortable taking calls. We also have a privacy booth and meeting rooms which are perfect for jumping on an important call.

Needing to escape your home office for a day, visiting Gibraltar, or just low-key having commitment issues, The WorkLab Gibraltar offers a day pass!

Either you are a drop-in client or a member we will make sure to cover all of your questions in mind to make your stay as smooth as possible.

1. Can I bring in a guest?

We value friendships here at WorkLab, so your friend is our friend! Your guests are free to join you for meetings in our conference rooms, or a quick chat at the kitchen area and privacy booth.

Should your guest want to come work for a day, all they need is a day pass. Just book a spot via our website or just head to our reception our team will sort this out for you. Easy peasy, right?

Need a private space to hold an off-site meeting, trainings, interviews or brainstorming session? We make meeting room rentals a breeze. Our conference rooms are equipped with whiteboards, WiFi, smart TVs with presentation facilities, HDMI cables and all the outlets you could ask for and support from our onsite team. With rooms varying in capacity from 2 - 40 people, we'll make sure to get you just where you need to be.
