A message from the heart:
As director of a new company operating for only 6 months and who set out with an overwhelming ambition to try and deliver Trade services to a high standard and at a competitive rate I can honestly say we have struggled and in some cases we have failed to meet expectation. Firstly I want to share that in an honest way for the purpose of transparency and to give support to other companies such as mine who are also experiencing the same.
We have constantly struggled with Access to skilled and reliable labour which has been detrimental to fulfilling the desired end goal and we have experienced issues with access to material and resource. The new open border issues have played some part in this. For anyone effected by the same issues I empathise greatly. And for anyone we have disappointed I apologise. This period has been a time of reflection and one that we intend to learn our lesson from. We will look to train the limited loyal workers we have to be capable of delivering the work and will no longer look to rely on external resources.

Going forward we will now channel our focus on attention to detail utilising the limited resources we do have to ensure we deliver the quality standard of finish that I will not compromise on.

The Merlin Team have been busy fitting fire doors. Matt black handles, Architraves and skirting and all ready to be painted. All of Our fire Doors are imported from the UK and meet the required Fire regulations for a residential premises in Gibraltar.
