Today felt like a masterclass in scaling innovation. Our booth was buzzing all day as we connected with industry leaders, ecosystem partners, and forward-thinking businesses looking to accelerate their tech goals.

The biggest milestone of the day was seeing our Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Vassileios Velkos, sat down for an insightful interview with the BEYOND Expo media team. They dropped some incredible insights on the future of technology, don’t forget to check it out!

Day 1 at BEYOND Expo is almost done!

The best part of today wasn’t just talking about our own tech, it was genuinely listening to the people walking the floor. We noticed that whether people were asking about AI, looking for developers, or trying to ship a product, it all boiled down to one massive question:

“We want to adopt AI and scale our tech, but how do we actually handle the ex*****on? Do we need to hire full-time tech talent, bring in managed staff augmentation to help our current team, or just hand over the end-to-end project delivery to an expert partner?”

Finding the right balance between AI tools and the human talent needed to run them is a massive challenge right now, and it reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

What an impactful day at We.Test Athens! As Gold Sponsors, our team was ready to dive deep into the evolving landscape of QA and UX in Greece.

Our very own Petros Ntourmas joined a candid panel discussion on “The Real State of QA & UX in Greece.” Moving past the AI hype, the session tackled the hard truths: hiring trends, the skills companies actually want, and how to spot misleading job postings in a shifting market.

But practicality is always important! In collaboration with WE LEAD, our Tech Recruitment Consultants Maria Kentrou and Nicoletta Lamprinidou co-hosted an interactive workshop. While Eleni Aktypi from WE LEAD focused on LinkedIn mastery, our team provided the recruiter’s lens on building portfolios and CVs that stand out in a competitive crowd.

Beyond the sessions, the energy at our booth was electric! It was inspiring to meet so many passionate professionals, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of the Greek tech ecosystem.🚀

By integrating Code.meUP - a coding, digital and AI skills program for Kids & Teens delivered by Code.Hub - into its parental benefits, Kaizen Gaming creates meaningful value beyond the workplace - equipping young minds with future-ready skills.

Over a 5-month journey, young “Kaizeners”, from 6-year-old Explorers to 15-year-old teenage Innovators, completed 30 hours of hands-on learning across:

🔸 The Power of AI: Learning to create responsibly with Generative AI
