What if mathematics could be explored not only through textbooks and exercises, but also through playing, experimenting, and solving challenges inside Minecraft? 🧮💻
Mine Game brings mathematics into an interactive digital environment where students can experience how numbers, calculations, measurements, data, and logical thinking can be applied to practical situations. 🌟
Through different challenges in Minecraft Education, learners are encouraged to analyse information, compare alternatives, calculate results, manage resources, recognise patterns, and make informed decisions. 📊🔢
Instead of simply asking, “What is the correct answer?”, Mine Game encourages students to ask:

🧮 What do I need to calculate?
📊 How can I compare the different options?

As part of the ENTI GAMES project, TSG Global Week brought participants together to discover, promote, and exchange experiences around traditional sports and games from different parts of the world.

Successful game-based learning is not only about the game—it also depends on well-designed lesson plans, practical guidance, and teacher training.

That's why the MINEGAME project supports educators with the tools they need to confidently bring game-based learning into the classroom.

Teacher training matters.
A recent systematic literature review on Minecraft Education (2015–2024) highlights that the success of game-based STEM learning depends not only on the quality of the game itself, but also on well-designed lesson plans, teacher guidance, and educator training.
Supporting teachers with practical educational resources is therefore essential to unlock the full potential of digital game-based learning.
