Hello hoopers!
Hope you are all safe and still sane
If you ever hooped with me, somewhere, sometime, you had received an e-mail for free one to one online classes.
This is a way to keep the connection, this is a way to keep on hooping.
We started the online classes with my students and it turns out it's an awesome way to communicate during this crisis.

The first time I felt the hula hoop going around my body, I also felt a wave of colorful fireworks in my brain! Hoop Dance is a part of my life since that moment.

Do you already know him? No? It doesn't matter! He's Chris Gogler, aka C-Section and he's an amazing Hoop Dancer from Australia! Ballet, contemporary & hoop dancer, storyteller through his moves, a bit cheeky & sassy... You name it and he's got it!
Chris now lives in Berlin and he's been a part of last summer's HoopUrban Summer Exotica event. He'll be back in May to give us more of his hoop magic at Athens by Hoop!😍😍

Hello, my name is Sunny and I am here. I am still here flowing my flow. You can love it or hate it, or feel nothing about it. I usually post what I feel is important for me to share. I like to share my flow because it is my way to talk to people that are not around and I like to express my feelings. I choose not to hide them, I choose to feel them all. Good and bad. I choose (finally and after a lot of effort) to separate my feelings from the people that have caused them.
This is a flow coming through some sad feelings. I felt that I was unfairly judged and that made me feel small. I wanted to hide somewhere or forget about it. But that was the hurted child in me. My adult self just took the hoop and tried to express those feelings caused by a “bullet with butterfly wings”. I am not there. I will keep on flowing! And that’s my choice.
