Action Synergy
Innovation & Synergy UETP Action Link is the educational department of Action Synergy S.A.
and was established in 1987 within the framework of the COMETT programme. The department has an 18 years old experience in the field of educational training disposing a long experience in the management and coordination of European Programmes. The organisation has participated in a considerable number of EU educational projects, such as COMETT, PETRA, SOCRATES, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ARTICLE 6, ADAPT, TEMPUS, PHARE,-Distance learning. The main areas of activity of UETP Action Link include:
- Strengthening of productive links and promotion of collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises aiming at technological and regional development.
- Training in medium-size companies and local authorities to increase their competitiveness.
- Organisation of Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility Projects.
- Promotion and organization of Life Long Learning and continuous training programmes.
- Development of synergies at local, national and transnational level.
- Learning needs analysis.
- Development of courses and modules making use of innovative methodologies such as: open/flexible learning methodologies and e-learning ICTs.M
- Specialisation in Quality Assurance and in the development of e-learning.

Η Action Synergy Α.Ε. δημιουργήθηκε στο Ηράκλειο της Κρήτης το 1986 με την επωνυμία Action Business Center ΕΠΕ.
Η ανάπτυξη των δραστηριοτήτων της πραγματοποιείται από δύο τμήματα.
- Το Business Center που αναπτύσσει προγράμματα για ΜΜΕ κυρίως σε θέματα Τουρισμού στην Κρήτη και
- Τη UETP Action Link που δραστηριοποιείται σε Ευρωπαϊκά Προγράμματα.
Από το 1987 η Action συμμετέχει στο Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα COMETT και ανακηρύσσεται σε UETP (University Enterprise Training Partnership). Είναι δηλαδή ο ενδιάμεσος που συνδέει τα πανεπιστήμια με τις Επιχειρήσεις. Την ιδιότητα αυτή έχει μέχρι σήμερα μιας και είναι η μοναδική UETP στην Ελλάδα με θητεία 25 ετών.
Από το 1990 η Action αρχίζει να συνεργάζεται ενεργά με την εταιρεία Action Management GMBh του Αμβούργου δημιουργώντας μαζί ένα Ευρωπαϊκό δίκτυο Επιχειρήσεων που δραστηριοποιείται στους τομείς:
- Του Βιομηχανικού Consulting
- Της Εκπαίδευσης
- Της ανάπτυξης της καινοτομίας κινητοποιόντας εταίρους από 29 χώρες της Ευρώπης.
Το 1992 ιδρύεται η Action Synergy A.E και αρχίζει η δραστηριοποίηση της στην Αθήνα με τη δημιουργία του γραφείου της Αθήνας στο Μαρούσι.
Απο το 2000 η Action Synergy δραστηριοποιείται και σε ένα νέο τομέα δραστηριότητας, τον χώρο της πληροφορικής, δημιουργώντας ένα τμήμα ανάπτυξης IT-Solutions.
Στα 25 χρόνια της δραστηριότητας της η Action Synergy A.E έχει:
- Προσφέρει υπηρεσίες consulting σε 2.230 επιχειρήσεις.
- Έχει αναπτύξει 1.500 επιχειρηματικά σχέδια.
- Έχει συμμετάσχει σε 120 Ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα.
- Έχει βοηθήσει να συμμετάσχουν σε Ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα πάνω από 1.200 Επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμοί.
- Έχει δημιουργήσει Ευρωπαϊκά Δίκτυα με 560 Ευρωπαϊκές Επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς.
- Έχει εγκαταστήσει λογισμικό σε 187 Επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς.
- Έχει αναδιοργανώσει 120 Επιχειρήσεις
- Έχει αναπτύξει συστήματα ISO σε 312 Επιχειρήσεις.
- Έχει προσφέρει υπηρεσίες tech-booking σε 58 Επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς.
Από το 2005 η Action Synergy A.E προσέθεσε κάτω από τον διακριτικό της τίτλο το Consultancy & Knowledge Based Applications ώστε να παρουσιάζει ανάγλυφα τους τομείς δραστηριότητας της.
Η Action Synergy A.E έχει 5 τμήματα:

That’s why we’re starting the vs. campaign — to raise awareness about how our words can affect others and encourage more supportive ways of communicating. 💙
Supporting someone doesn’t always mean having the right answers. Sometimes, it simply means listening, being present, and creating a safe space for someone to talk without judgment.

Stories Beyond Borders connects young people aged 15–25 across countries through virtual exchange, small intercultural groups working together online to create a podcast, short film, photovoice project, or social media campaign, and discover perspectives beyond their own borders.
Behind every group is a team of trained youth workers, and we're now looking for ours.
📅 From October 2026 to January 2027, you'll follow online training in these creative techniques, alongside youth work methodology, group facilitation, and intercultural communication.
🚀 From February 2027, you'll co-facilitate groups of 10–12 young people through full virtual exchange cycles (5–7 sessions each), guiding them through one complete creative project from start to finish. You won't be doing it alone, every group has a co-facilitator, and you'll have ongoing support throughout.
No matter your background, we'll help you bridge the gap:
🎨 Creative production expert? We'll train you in youth work.
👥 Youth work expert? We'll train you in storytelling techniques.
What we're looking for:
✅ Working level of English
✅ Openness to learning something new
✅ Reliability and the ability to work with initiative
✅ Availability for an ~18-month commitment

🌱 Είσαι youth worker και σε ενδιαφέρουν η οικολογία, η ανάπτυξη της κοινότητας και η δουλειά με νέους;
Το EI-YOUTH είναι ένα ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ που εξερευνά την έννοια της Οικολογικής Νοημοσύνης (Ecological Intelligence) — πώς κατανοούμε τη σχέση μεταξύ ανθρώπου και περιβάλλοντος, αναγνωρίζουμε τις προκλήσεις γύρω μας και παίρνουμε πιο υπεύθυνες αποφάσεις για το περιβάλλον και την κοινότητά μας. 🌍
Η Action Synergy αναζητά 6 youth workers από ή που κατοικούν στην Ελλάδα για να συμμετάσχουν στην εθνική ομάδα εργασίας του EI-YOUTH και να εμπλακούν ενεργά στο πρόγραμμα από τον Οκτώβριο 2026 έως τον Μάρτιο 2027.
✨ Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος θα:
* Συμμετέχεις στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα
* Συμμετέχεις σε 2 διεθνείς συναντήσεις στην Προύσα 🇹🇷 και την Αθήνα 🇬🇷
* Δουλέψεις με 10 νέους/νέες στην Ελλάδα
* Εξερευνήσεις την τοπική σου περιοχή μέσα από συμμετοχική χαρτογράφηση
* Συμβάλεις στον σχεδιασμό τοπικών δράσεων και ενός Τοπικού Σχεδίου Δράσης
* Συνεργαστείς με youth workers και οργανισμούς από όλη την Ευρώπη
✈️ Όλα τα έξοδα συμμετοχής στις τοπικές και διεθνείς δράσεις καλύπτονται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
⚠️ Αναζητούμε youth workers που έχουν κίνητρο και διαθεσιμότητα να συμμετέχουν ενεργά σε όλη τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος και να συμβάλουν στην ανάπτυξη και την υλοποίηση της μεθοδολογίας του EI-YOUTH.
