The October schedule comes with a new session to the mix. On Fridays, Manos introduces Calisthenics Fundamentals, a more dynamic session focusing on bodyweight exercises to build strength, mobility and control, with handstand practice in the mix.

Our listening corner is home to a pair of JBL L100 Classics, set up for a more intentional listening experience. They sit within the bookshelf and are best experienced from the sofa opposite, where the sound feels more direct and intimate.

Come hear them for yourself during our Listening Sessions, Tuesday–Sunday from 8PM.

Next Sunday, October 4, brings a taste of the island to Okupa Kitchen & Listening Bar. Chef Giorgos Samoilis with his Pelicanos and teams, take over our kitchen bringing a set menu full of flavour.
