A prototype shaped by climate, function, and repetition.

Designed for the MODON Serviced Apartment Building in KSA, the project was conceived as a model for implementation across multiple developing cities, combining hospitality, residential use, and environmental performance within a clear architectural framework.

A cylindrical entrance volume connects two linear wings, organizing apartment units and shared amenities with clarity and balance. Guided by sustainability analysis and façade responses tailored to orientation and shading, the project achieved Gold LEED Certification.

Piraeus Tower

Designed by PILA Studio, BETAPLAN, and ASPA KST, and constructed by GEK TERNA, the renovation of one of Piraeus’ most iconic high-rise buildings reflects a contemporary approach shaped by precision, innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

EB/Architects contributed during the construction phase through BIM-supported architectural services, including BIM model refinement to the appropriate Level of Detail, spatial coordination, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Two residences, one shared architectural language.

Designed for two families on a challenging sloping site in Drafi, the project explored how common materiality and form could create unity without repetition.

Concrete volumes define the lower levels with a sense of permanence, while the upper floors appear lighter and more open, expanding towards the landscape through steel and glass balconies.

Not just a headquarters, but a statement of evolution.
Our concept for the new PPC Headquarters in Athens was shaped as a continuous curved form inspired by identity, movement, and progress.
At its centre, an open-air atrium preserved the site’s mature trees as the natural heart of the project.
Bridge-like connections brought everyday circulation into direct contact with the landscape.

The design of the new PPC Headquarters explores a fluid architectural form that translates corporate transformation into built space.
Its curved volume and rhythmic façade create a strong visual presence, while the glazed envelope enhances permeability and visual softness.
Rather than standing apart from its surroundings, the building engages directly with the landscape.
The result is a contemporary headquarters with a clear architectural language and a composed civic character.
