The 23rd Public Kindergarten of Nea Ionia is shaped by a continuous curved line that defines its soft, recognisable architectural identity.

Organised around a central multipurpose hall, the classrooms open directly towards the courtyard, creating a close relationship between learning, play and the outdoors. White curved volumes, exposed concrete, planted areas and a green roof complete a compact school designed for everyday use.

How do you create a place for play and learning within the dense fabric of Athens?

The 91st Public Kindergarten of Athens turns inward around a protected courtyard, connecting classrooms, shared spaces and outdoor play through light, clear circulation and visual continuity.

For a project of this scale, BIM became more than a design tool. It became a way to bring clarity to complexity.

For the City of Dreams Mediterranean construction tender, EB/Architects supported the J&P AVAX – TERNA JV with BIM-based quantity surveying and BoQ integration across architectural and structural works.

A composite BIM model was developed from tender documentation and connected to the BoQ through a project-specific workflow, enabling accurate quantity take-offs and supporting construction sequence visualisation for the competition entry.

The primary suite is conceived as an uninterrupted retreat, where sleeping, bathing and unwinding exist without abrupt boundaries. Curved forms, a soft ambient glow and a warm, muted palette create a sense of quiet cohesion, allowing each area to transition naturally into the next.

Embedded within Jerusalem’s Green Line light rail development, the Lot 25 Complex forms part of a broader civic and transport framework, combining public administration functions with operational and support spaces.

Our contribution centred on the underground portions of the project, where detailed architectural delivery relied on rigorous coordination and careful resolution across multiple disciplines.

Where culture, landscape, and precision come together.

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is one of Greece’s most significant civic landmarks. Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, it brings culture, nature, and public life together in one continuous experience.

EB/Architects contributed across the design, tender, and construction stages, delivering architectural and BIM implementation services. From BIM management and clash detection to IFC, construction, and shop drawings, every stage was supported by coordination, accuracy, and technical clarity.
