We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Bellén Athens Hotel has been honored with the Gold Award in the Hotel Interior category!

This recognition is a true testament to the vision and dedication of the Yestay Development team, a proud member of Yestay Group, in brilliant collaboration with the visionary OOAK Architects.

Together, we set out to craft a contemporary narrative of Psyrri’s rich history.

The goal? Designing a space where contradiction becomes harmony, and uniqueness transforms into an unforgettable experience. Bellén Athens Hotel is a destination that honors the past, thrives in the present, and is built to remain timeless, leaving its own distinct mark on this historic Athenian neighborhood.

The award was presented during a spectacular joint ceremony for the Exteriors & Interiors Awards at the Anais Club, celebrating the incredible people, materials, and architectural intentions shaping Greece today.

Gaia Apartment in Voula by Yestay Development was designed around a simple belief: that the most sophisticated material in the world has always been the ground beneath our feet.

A composition of three architectural volumes, conceived in response to Greece's geography: the interplay of island, mountain, and sea.

Each block carries a distinct architectural language, contemporary, Dodecanese, Cycladic, yet shares a common design vocabulary, forming a cohesive ensemble unified by the experience of "gazing into the horizon."

The palette of white and blue responds to proximity to the sea, while the rammed earth technique grounds the structures within their landscape, reinforcing the project's core concept of continuity between built form and natural setting.

Details with a beating heart:

The iconic travertine reception, the rhythmic claustra in the common areas, architectural choices that echo the old Psyrri, the textures of a neighbourhood that has withstood the test of time.

And at the heart of it all: a painting by Yulia Iosilzon. Not mere decoration but a work of art that breathes within the space. Iosilzon, known for her warm, human-centred vision, created something that speaks to the soul of Psyrri: its vitality, its diversity, the beauty hidden in the ordinary.

In the heart of the cosmopolitan island of Rhodes lies "Elakati", a luxury boutique hotel designed not just to be seen, but to be felt.

We are incredibly proud that this vision was honored with the Tourism Awards 2017: Decoration & Design, a testament to an architectural narrative where thoughtful heritage seamlessly meets contemporary comfort.

Aura Villas in Vourni, Tinos, emerge from the rock, the light, and the wind. Three levels of clean, restrained lines built in harmony with the Cycladic landscape, never competing with it.

Cool grey cement flows seamlessly from indoors to terraces. White walls serve as a canvas for carved wood and ceramic artworks. Furniture is boho in spirit, minimalist in character. Oversized sliding glass doors flood the interiors with sea views and ethereal Aegean light.

Outside, the island's natural rock formations and traditional dry-stone walls were preserved and honoured as natural boundaries between each villa.
