Athens based DJ & producer The Athens-based techno DJ and producer, VRGN (pronounced 'Virgin'), took her path in electronic music in 2018.
Within that time VRGN has already performed as a DJ in most of the biggest venues in the Greek scene, sharing the decks with both local and international artists. Some of her highlights include the first edition of Sónar
festival in Athens (2019), and World Pride in Malmö, Sweden, where she performed as #HER project, a local initiative she co-manages along with DJ Fo, dedicated to empowering gender minorities in the electronic music scene. As a producer, in 2021 she composed music for visual art projects and trailers and released her first techno tracks and remixes on Underdub Records (PT), RS/ST (DE), OSM Tapes (GR), and Nomad Species (GR). Her sets and tracks convey emotions, and always have a story to tell. Hovering among electro, low bpm techno to faster BPMs, heavier basses and grooves, VRGN aims to create different emotional states based on the vibes, space, and mood. Undeniably, she is an upcoming talent to watch.

Excited to be speaking at .music.week 🎶
Joining the panel “Creative Support and Funding: Where to Start and What to Apply For” — stepping in with my project manager hat on, to unpack how artists and creative professionals can navigate funding opportunities.
With over 8 years working across EU-funded projects & cultural production, and being a DJ & producer, I’ll be bringing both perspectives into the discussion: from spotting the right opportunities, designing collaborations, to understanding the realities artists face when trying to access support.
