Η επιχείρηση χρηματοδοτήθηκε από τη Δράση του Προγράμματος Ανταγωνιστικότητα (ΕΣΠΑ 2021-2027) “Ψηφιακός Μετασχηματισμός Αιχμής” της Δέσμης Δράσεων “Ψηφιακός Μετασχηματισμός ΜμΕ”. Η Δράση στοχεύει στην αναβάθμιση των ΜμΕ με τεχνολογίες αιχμής ή με εξελιγμένα ψηφιακά συστήματα της 4ης βιομηχανικής επανάστασης και συμπληρωματικά η κάλυψη επί μέρους αναγκών σε ΤΠΕ.

Η Vasglass δίνει το παρών για ακόμα μια χρονιά στο 17ο Συνέδριο Aluminigr «Αλουμίνιο & Αρχιτεκτονική», που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο ξενοδοχείο Mediterranean Village Hotel & Spa 5* στην Κατερίνη, στις 30 και 31 Οκτωβρίου και την 1η Νοεμβρίου.
Η συνεχής παρουσία μας στο συνέδριο αντανακλά τη σχέση που χτίζουμε εδώ και χρόνια με τους κατασκευαστές αλουμινίου και αρχιτέκτονες.
Η ομάδα μας θα βρίσκεται στον χώρο του συνεδρίου και θα χαρεί να συναντήσει από κοντά συνεργάτες και φίλους, για να συζητήσουμε τις εξελίξεις στην αγορά, τις νέες τεχνολογίες και τις προοπτικές του κλάδου.

Vasglass returns for another year to the 17th Aluminigr Conference "Aluminium & Architecture," taking place at the Mediterranean Village Hotel & Spa 5* in Katerini, on October 30–31 and November 1.
Our continued presence at the conference reflects the relationship we've been building for years with aluminium fabricators and architects.
Our team will be on-site throughout the event and looks forward to meeting partners and friends in person, to discuss market developments, new technologies, and the outlook for the industry.

Καλωσορίσαμε στον χώρο μας στελέχη της AlbStar, στο πλαίσιο του έργου Manastiri Bay, στο οποίο η VASGLASS συμμετέχει ως αποκλειστικός προμηθευτής υαλοπινάκων.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης, οι συνεργάτες μας είχαν την ευκαιρία να δουν από κοντά τον εξοπλισμό και τα στάδια παραγωγής που ακολουθεί κάθε υαλοπίνακας πριν την αποστολή του.
Η συνεργασία με την AlbStar βασίζεται στη συνέπεια και την τεχνική ακρίβεια που απαιτεί ένα έργο αυτού του μεγέθους και αυτής της εμβέλειας.

We were pleased to welcome representatives of AlbStar to our facilities as part of the Manastiri Bay project, in which VASGLASS is participating as the exclusive supplier of glass panels.
During the visit, our partners had the opportunity to see first-hand the equipment and production stages that each glass panel goes through before shipment.
Our collaboration with AlbStar is built on the consistency and technical precision required for a project of this size and scope.

A 7-meter glass fin, 53mm thick, designed to carry the full weight of an all-glass façade on nothing but glass itself. This is precision manufacturing at its best.
A multilaminate glass unit engineered for extremes: four monolithic 12mm panes, bonded with SentryGlas® interlayer at every interface, delivering the strength and stiffness the application demands.
Each pane begins its journey on a state-of-the-art HEGLA cutting line a fully digital production flow, with MES traceability at every single stage. From there, precision edge grinding and rounding on our latest-generation Systron vertical line, before full tempering in our 7-meter NorthGlass furnace. The furnace runs on intelligent temperature control, real-time sensors track the heating curve, with segmented heating for even surface distribution. In the quench section, uniform air pressure delivers even cooling and consistent compressive stress, reducing optical distortion, critical at dimensions this large.
Next, the high-precision lamination line applies SentryGlas®,an ionoplast interlayer up to 5x stronger and up to 100x stiffer than standard PVB. The process is finalized in the autoclave, where controlled temperature and pressure deliver full interlayer activation and permanent, homogeneous bonding across the entire composition.
Four panes, three interlayer applications, 435 kg of glass fused into a single 7-metre composition.

Είχαμε την ικανοποίηση να φιλοξενήσουμε στις εγκαταστάσεις μας εκπροσώπους σχεδόν όλων των συντελεστών του έργου Riviera Tower, στο The Ellinikon — από τον developer Hellinikon S.A. (LAMDA Development) και τους αρχιτέκτονες της Foster + Partners, μέχρι τον τεχνικό σύμβουλο Buro Happold (με αρμοδιότητα στις κτιριακές όψεις), την Mace στη διαχείριση έργου, τον κύριο ανάδοχο Bouygues Bâtiment International & Intrakat, και φυσικά τη Glassline Industries, τον απευθείας συνεργάτη μας στις όψεις/υαλοπετάσματα του έργου.
Η επίσκεψη πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς αξιολόγησης της ποιότητας των υαλοπινάκων που παράγουμε για το έργο, και περιελάμβανε αναλυτική περιήγηση στις εργοστασιακές μας εγκαταστάσεις, με παρουσίαση του εξοπλισμού και της διαδικασίας παραγωγής σε κάθε στάδιο επεξεργασίας του υαλοπίνακα.
Η VASGLASS υλοποιεί σήμερα το σύνολο των αναγκών σε γυαλί για συρόμενα συστήματα, υαλοπετάσματα και στηθαία ασφαλείας, στο κέλυφος του Riviera Tower — ενός από τα πιο απαιτητικά έργα που αναπτύσσονται σήμερα στην Ελλάδα — σε συνεργασία με τους συνεργάτες μας Glassline Industries και Technikal.

We had the pleasure of hosting representatives from nearly every stakeholder on the Riviera Tower project at our facilities, as part of an ongoing assessment of the glass units we're producing for the project. Joining us were the developer Hellinikon S.A. (LAMDA Development), architects Foster + Partners, technical consultant Buro Happold (responsible for the building façades), project manager Mace, main contractor Bouygues Bâtiment International & Intrakat, and of course our direct partner on the project's façades and curtain walls, Glassline Industries.
The visit took place as part of our ongoing quality assessment of the glass units we produce for the project, and included a detailed tour of our factory facilities, with a presentation of the equipment and production process at every stage of glass processing.
VASGLASS is currently delivering the full scope of glass requirements for sliding systems, curtain walls, and safety balustrades on the shell of Riviera Tower — one of the most demanding projects under development in Greece today — in collaboration with our partners Glassline Industries and Technikal.

Vasglass will be closed from August 10th to 16th. This break will help us recharge and step into the new season with even more drive. From August 17th, we are back and ready for the projects ahead. Wishing you a wonderful summer!

We had the chance to revisit the Riviera Tower site this week, alongside Glassline and Technikal - Facade Constructions, as the project nears completion — and once again, we came away genuinely impressed by the quality of ex*****on on site.
Projects like this are a good reminder of what careful collaboration across the supply chain can achieve, and we're glad to have played our part in it.

Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να επισκεφθούμε ξανά το εργοτάξιο του Riviera Tower αυτή την εβδομάδα, μαζί με τη Glassline και την Technikal - Facade Constructions, καθώς το έργο πλησιάζει στην ολοκλήρωσή του — και για ακόμη μία φορά φύγαμε πραγματικά εντυπωσιασμένοι από τον βαθμό και την ποιότητα της υλοποίησης του έργου.
Έργα σαν αυτό είναι μια καλή υπενθύμιση του τι μπορεί να πετύχει η σωστή συνεργασία σε όλη την αλυσίδα εφοδιασμού, και χαιρόμαστε που συμβάλαμε σε αυτό.

Το 7ο Material Matters που ολοκληρώθηκε στις 16 Ιουνίου από το ek magazine είχε επίκεντρο αυτό που καθορίζει την ταυτότητα κάθε κτιρίου — την όψη.

Αρχιτεκτονικά γραφεία ανέπτυξαν το όραμα τους μέσα από έργα πραγματικής κλίμακας — αναδεικνύοντας το βάθος που κρύβεται πίσω από κάθε σχεδιασμό όψης. Ως χορηγός, η VASGLASS είχε την ευκαιρία να είναι μέρος ενός διαλόγου που αγγίζει άμεσα το αντικείμενό μας — το γυαλί.
