Today's 3 PM trip didn't happen, strong winds meant the Coast Guard only allowed boats out until 4 PM, leaving us just one hour on the water. Not enough time for a proper trip, so we made the call to cancel.

Truth is, afternoon winds are becoming more frequent on the island, and they're not always predictable.

NOW: That's why we're now offering early morning trips, from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. Calmer seas, better fishing conditions, and none of the afternoon surprises. ☀️

We’ve had calls for today, calls for this afternoon, calls for “please, just squeeze us in somehow”. honestly, we wish we could clone the boat of the old and lovely Tasos. We can’t.

Captain Tasos takes a max of 12 people per trip. Not because we don’t want more bookings, but because that’s the number where every single person on board still gets real attention — help with the rod, the right spot, the right timing. Go bigger than that and it stops being a fishing trip and starts being a queue.
