This position is suited to someone who can confidently handle escalated technical issues, work independently and provide guidance to junior technicians.

✅ Resolving escalated Tier 2 support issues
✅ Administering Microsoft 365, Windows and user accounts

✅ At least three years of relevant IT-support experience

✅ Strong spoken and written English
