What a debut weekend for the Mohamed’s Excavating Construction Racing Team! 🇬🇾🏁

From securing the car just 2 weeks ago to me getting the call 2 days before the event to jump behind the wheel, we came together and proved exactly what an all-Guyanese team can do on the international stage.

Results:
🏆 Group 4 – Race 1: Victory
🥊 Group 4 – Race 2: P4 (after being spun from the lead following contact)
🥉 GTS Lights – Race 1: P3
🥈 GTS Lights – Race 2: P2 after unfortunate red flag

The team’s perseverance was nothing short of incredible. We lost our front splitter on the first day of practice, meaning we raced the entire weekend without the downforce we needed because we couldn’t source a replacement in time. Despite that setback, the team worked tirelessly to make alternate adjustments, and we fought until the very end.

Every pit stop, every strategy call, and every member of this team played their part. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and proud of what we accomplished together.

This is only the beginning. I can’t wait to see what we’re capable of with everything in place and a few more days to dial in the car.
