This video shows King's Estate building the public road leading towards the estate. Please note that this is Guyana's Government responsibility but Real Estate business owners like myself can't wait forever for the government to facilitate our private development even though we pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes every year. Now I understand that the government focus is facilitating their own personal real estate business, so roads are built around their interest. But now it seems like the dispute between Fabulous Homes and the legal owners of that area has rattled certain officials, so Minister/s are now calling Ms. Rahat, the NDC chairman and told her that we must desist from using the public roads to take sand into our area or we would be charged for damages. In the meanwhile, that very same government built roads and placed electric poles to facilitate their associates, Fabulous Homes. But the Kings don't take bullying....the ICJ and CCJ will be willing to take our cases!!!!

I endorse this. We the citizens should not be competing with government and government officials in business. The government is responsible for creating jobs for the people, not take it away. They should be impeached. Government and government officials have taken over the real estate industry, private health care, private security, farming, plantain products, ECT... enough is enough!!!
NEWS Source: The Opposition party, A Partnership for National Unity (APNU), today said it opposes and strongly condemns the Government’s decision to establish a state-owned bottled water plant, through the Guyana Water Incorporated to compete with local manufacturers.
At a press conference today, APNU Member of Parliament, Dr. David Hinds, said a closer examination of the initiative, shows that it can become a massive source of corruption.

Karis Munroe of Fabulous Homes claimed that she bought lands at Friendship East Bank Demerara from 'Indo Guyanese'. But based on documents, she actually purchased it from the known crook, Joyce King. Please note that Joyce King is not related to King's Estate nor has any affiliation with her or any of her associates. As you can see in the notice I posted... check at the bottom of the third column and continue at the top of the fourth column. This notice was placed during 2018.
