Through her research, teaching and institutional leadership, Amelia focuses on improving the quality, responsiveness and sustainability of healthcare systems, bringing a valuable perspective on how healthcare organizations and systems can successfully adapt to change and turn innovation into meaningful, long-term impact.

🎙️ 𝗗𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘃 is a physician and Chief Executive Officer of Hospital Zdraveto in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he is leading a rapidly developing private hospital with a strong focus on hospital transformation, clinical innovation, artificial intelligence and digital health.

His work includes implementing AI-supported clinical workflows, advanced diagnostic technologies and new models of healthcare delivery while developing Hospital Zdraveto as a practical environment for testing and scaling healthcare innovations in real-world clinical settings.

From healthcare systems and public management to AI, digital health and hospital transformation, Amelia and Dimitar bring two complementary perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of healthcare.
