Most people see Chicken Mole on the menu and have absolutely no idea what they’re about to eat. Fair enough tbh.

Mole is one of Mexico’s most iconic sauces, made with a bunch of ingredients that are slowly toasted, ground and cooked together.
It’s a rich, deep flavour, kinda hard to explain until you try it.

Each recipe is different, and every family has their own version, just like we do.
