Lanac, kazeta i stražnji mjenjač tijekom ljeta skupljaju prašinu, prljavštinu i ostatke maziva koji mogu utjecati na preciznost i rad pogona.

Pravilno čišćenje počinje odmašćivanjem pogona.

Prvo nanosimo odmašćivač na lanac, kazetu i cage stražnjeg mjenjača te ga ostavljamo nekoliko minuta kako bi prodro kroz nečistoće. Nakon toga slijedi čišćenje četkom i temeljito ispiranje vodom.

Nakon pranja sve dijelove potrebno je dobro obrisati i osušiti. Tek tada dolazi završni korak, nanošenje ulja isključivo na lanac i uklanjanje viška ulja kako bi pogon ostao čist i optimalno podmazan.

Redovito održavanje znači manje trošenja komponenti i pouzdaniji osjećaj u svakoj vožnji.
