A special thank you to Ben, who visited us as a guest, and after diving with Adriana, surprised us with this beautiful short film using footage from his time with Eco Dive Bali.
We really love how he captured the atmosphere, the underwater world, and the spirit of Eco Dive Bali. Thank you for turning great memories into such a wonderful story.
If you enjoy the video, feel free to check out and subscribe to Ben's YouTube channel https://youtu.be/_KecAPCyv9I

Never too young to dive! Although actually, minimum 8 years old for "Bubble Maker" and 10 y.o. for Jr. Open Water Diver.
Looking forward to the future!

Top Mistakes Every Scuba Diver Should Avoid:
Holding Your Breath π¬οΈ
The golden rule of scuba. Never hold your breath! It can lead to serious lung overexpansion injuries as pressure changes.
Skipping Ear Equalization π
Donβt wait for the pain! Equalize early and often. If you wait until it hurts, itβs already too late and you risk damaging your eardrums.
Poor Buoyancy Control π
Using your hands to swim or constantly "fighting" the water wastes air. Master your BCD and breathing to hover like a pro.
Touching Marine Life πͺΈ
Not only can you hurt the delicate ecosystem (like breaking coral), but some critters can sting or bite back. Take only pictures, leave only bubbles.
Neglecting Your Air Gauge β½
Itβs easy to get distracted by a turtle, but running out of air is the ultimate rookie mistake. Check your SPG every few minutes.
Rapid Ascents π
Going up too fast is a one-way ticket to decompression sickness. Always perform your safety stop and follow your computer's ascent rate.
Overweighting Yourself βοΈ
Adding too much lead makes you work harder, use more air, and stay in a vertical position. Use just enough weight to be neutral.

Meet Sophie, one of our instructors with an unusual background... ππ
At just 11 years old, Sophie walked through EcoDive as a nervous young student, taking her very first breaths underwater. What started as a holiday adventure quickly became a lifelong passion.
Over the years, she kept coming back here where it all started. From Open Water to Advanced, Rescue Diver, Divemaster, and now, at 29 years old, she's proudly teaching the next generation of divers !
At EcoDive, we're more than just a dive center. We're a family. Watching students grow, gain confidence, and one day become the people inspiring others is what makes this place so special.
Happy Birthday, Sophie! Thank you for growing up with us and for helping so many others fall in love with the underwater Here's to many more years of bubbles, adventures, and unforgettable memories with the EcoDive family. ππ€Ώ
