Akademi ‘center of mixology’ is created by award winning mixologist Dre Masso. Located in Katamama’s lobby, Akademi acts as a hub for the world’s most celebrated and innovative mixologists. These drinks experts host the Akademi programs, schooling up-and-coming bartenders to be world-class. Akademi champions the study and use of local and seasonal produce whilst promoting the root to flower concept.
