We are Lean Lab, a local food producer based in Bali that makes healthy and delicious low calorie food products.
We are committed in delivering better food options, this way we can all enjoy our favourite food while keeping our weight under control. Lean Lab is the creator and distributor of 1/3 PB, the original peanut butter powder in Indonesia. 1/3 PB is a natural peanut butter powder with 87% less fat and about one-third the calories of traditional peanut butter. It contains dramatically fewer calories than traditional peanut butter since most of the calorie-rich fats have been removed. Two tablespoons of natural peanut butter contains about 190 calories, while two tablespoons of 1/3 PB contains just 50 calories. Because it is a powder, it is easier to use in smoothies, baking, and shakes of all kinds!
1/3 PB Peanut butter powder is a great fit for people looking for easy ways to reduce their calorie intake or for those trying to lose weight. it is completely plant-based and gluten-free and also a great source of fiber and protein.

Rahasianya bukan cuma di cara masaknya, tapi juga di bumbu yang dipakai.
Aku pakai Lean Lab Dry Rub Original. Tinggal tabur, marinasi 15–20 menit, lalu masak di teflon. Nggak perlu ribet, bahkan biasanya nggak perlu ditutup pun hasilnya tetap juicy berkat efek coating dari dry rub-nya.
