Is your CRO B1 Annual Return due soon? 📋

Every Irish company must file an Annual Return, whether it is trading or not.

Your first Annual Return Date falls 6 months after company registration, and the B1 deadline is generally 56 days from the Annual Return Date.

If you miss the deadline, your company may face CRO penalties and compliance issues.
