Our Autumn Menu drops today!

We wanted to put a little spin on some classic comforts for this seasons menu. So with that, we introduce you to our three newbies, all made in-house with love 🍂

NOT PUMPKIN SPICE
The NPS is a curated blend of spices and zesty orange to give you a more refined version of the classic PSL.

HONEY + CHILLI
This one is coffee with a kick. We needed only 4 ingredients to bring you the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Try this one in a hot chocolate too, thank us later.

GINGERBREAD
A balance of sweet cinnamon and whole ginger gives you the nostalgic gingerbread latte. This one came from the family kitchen, and now to our Catalyst fam.

Delighted to welcome back a guest coffee feature each month from roasters who we think are doing a great job and have amazing coffees to go with it!

First up we have Opal Coffee Roasters. Opal is a roastery based in Derry, Ireland. Conor has a selection of rotational seasonal coffees from Colombia to Brazil to Kenya. We wanted to partner up Opal for a long time as their approach to roastery is of a modern style to highlight the oirgin and the producers they buy from. Also the selection of coffee on offer was exactly what we were looking for. They are also behind Rosta Coffee Bar in Derry which is one to add to the coffee shop lists to try.

We have everything from a classic natural Brazil to honey processed Colombia. They are all available on retail and rotating batch brew. If you’re looking for something different to try definitely pop in and check them they wont last long.

You’ve been getting cosy with our new Cafe menu, served exclusively at Florence Road, so we thought we’d give you an official introduction!

We’ll be keeping things interesting too, with seasonal dishes, old favourites making their way back onto the menu, and weekly specials to look forward to.

We’ve worked long and hard with Lorna Caulfield Edwards to bring you only the best. An incredibly huge thank you to Lorna for her expertise in helping us bring this menu to life 💚

Avocado Toast

Avocado toast topped with marinated tomatoes, feta cheese and pickled onion.

Shakshuka Bowl

Spicy chorizo shakshuka bowl with poached eggs topped with chorizo and feta. Served with Firehouse bread.

Folded Eggs

Eggs your way served with pickled vegetables.

Mushroom Toast

Miso mushroom toast with kale topped with toasted hazelnuts.

Turkish Eggs

Seasoned strained yoghurt with dill, topped with poached eggs, chilli oil and chive oil with pickled vegetables. Served with Firehouse bread.

Caramelised Banana & Tahini Porridge

Tahini porridge topped with caramelised banana, maple syrup and homemade sesame brittle.

Granola Bowl

Yoghurt topped with Catalyst granola, rhubarb compote and strawberry.

Crème Brûlée French Toast

Crème brûlée French toast topped with a caramelised brûlée crust and served with stewed rhubarb.

Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast burrito filled with tofu or scrambled egg, hash browns, spicy mayo and vegan sausages. Served with breakfast potatoes.
