Every step is done by hand, in small batches, with the very best ingredients — many from our wonderful local producers and even our own garden.

New week new beginnings hello autumn 🍂

🍂🍫 I’M HEADING TO THE HARVEST FESTIVAL! 🍫🍂

Tomorrow I’ll be packing up my chocolates and heading into Waterford City for three wonderful days at the Waterford Harvest Festival! ❤️

📅 Friday 4th, Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September

I’ll be bringing lots (and I mean LOTS! 😍) of delicious handmade chocolates, with a beautiful selection of flavours inspired by Waterford, our local producers and the wonderful ingredients around us.

From rich caramels and fruity centres to some of my favourite creations, there will be plenty to taste, discover and take home. 🍫✨

Beautiful Waterford Crystal, delicious chocolate and an incredible atmosphere — what more could you ask for? 💎🍫

It was such a pleasure to showcase Cocoa by Judit, proudly representing Irish small-batch craft chocolate, at the House of Waterford Crystal while hosting the Waterford Chamber of Commerce after-hours event.

Surrounded by the magic of beautiful Irish crystal, it was the perfect setting to celebrate two wonderful Irish crafts coming together — crystal and chocolate. 🇮🇪✨

So proud to be part of such a special evening and to share the story and passion behind Cocoa by Judit.

I’m feeling totally inspired, energised and ready to start sharing more of the story behind the scenes of Cocoa by Judit. 🍫

There is so much work, passion, creativity and heart that goes into building a small artisan chocolate business, and I can’t wait to bring you along on the journey.
