What's the U-value like compared to PIR? 175mm of TLA achieves a 0.15 W/m²K U-value, on par with the same depth of PIR.

Do we do traditional sand and cement screed? No - we only work with Ultraflo liquid screed, designed specifically for underfloor heating.

How fast does Ultraflo actually dry? You can walk on it in 24-48 hours, compared to about a week with traditional screed.
