📚🎨🗣️ Calling all curious little explorers aged 3-6 years and their parents/carers!

Join us on Saturday, 26th September at 10:45am for a colourful, creative adventure through stories and languages. Together, we'll dive into playful storytelling, spark imaginations, celebrate the many languages around us, and discover the joy of sharing stories.

Expect plenty of fun, creativity, and opportunities to explore language through play in a warm and welcoming environment.

After the August break, the poetry group returns to the Carrickmacross Library.

This month we will be reading a poem by one of the most famous poets of the 20th Century, Sylvia Plath.

Plath is well known for her monumental work 'Ariel' but we will be reading and discussing a work from her first collection, 'The Colossus.'

You don't have to know anything about poetry, just a willingness to listen to a poem read aloud and if you feel like it sharing your thoughts.

Starting on Monday 21st, The Little Lions parent and toddler group returns to Carrickmacross library. This week's theme is 'Little Farmers.'

Facilitated by our good friends in the Carrickmacross Toy Library who have created themed fortnightly events to help your little one experience the world.

The Little Lions is a great opportunity to meet other parents too and build up your community especially if you're new to town.
