Exclusive Artisan Handmade Irish Chocolates Elba Chocolates is a family run business located in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
Irish native Elaine Schonkeren-O'Mahony and Belgian chef and chocolatier Dirk Schonkeren originally developed Helena Chocolates into a national success over 35 years, winning numerous awards for its elegant handmade artisan chocolates. In 2020 Helena Chocolates changed its name to Elba Chocolates as the next generation of chocolatiers, under the guidance and tutelage of Master Chocolatier, Dirk, continues to uphold the company ethos of quality and elegance. Elba Chocolates is renowned for its quality chocolates, coffee, wedding cakes, pastries, desserts whilst catering for diabetics, vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.
