🍕 THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN.
The poll was absolutely resounding - ROASTED TOMATO PIZZA was the winner. 🍅
Only one small problem… the tomatoes didn’t roast quite the way we wanted. 😂
So we did what any sensible pizzaiolo would do: we improvised.
We’ve combined two ideas into one absolute banger:
🔥 Spiced salami
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🫒 Olives
🌿 Fresh basil
🍅 Tomato confit
🤍 Creamy burrata
All on a classic tomato & mozzarella base.
The roasted tomatoes might not have cooperated, but honestly… this might be even better.

🎶 Back where it all started…
On Friday, 11th September, fresh from Electric Picnic and Monaghan Blues Festival, we’re delighted to welcome Liam McCabe back to Luso! 🎸

Liam was the very first act to play Luso Live. So it's pretty fitting to have him back for another night of great music, pizza, burgers and a few drinks. 🍕🍔🍻

Which Pizza Would You Like to See Back??

We've had over 50 pizza varieties since we opened 😮. Some are supposed to be for a week and are still on after a year. Others are classics in Italy but almost no-one orders them (Tuna & White Onion - it's not your fault 😪).
