I help overwhelmed professionals cultivate clarity, freedom and confidence by building an Unstoppable

24/09/2026

What could you be if you removed the block?

24/09/2026

“But nothing is actually wrong.”

Good.

You don’t have to wait until it is.

I think we’ve created this weird idea that you’re only allowed to change your life when you can produce enough evidence that the current one is broken or it’s bad enough but what happens when:

The business is profitable.

Your relationship is fine.

You’re functioning.

you’re doing well.

You should probably be grateful.

So what exactly are you complaining about?

Maybe nothing.

Maybe the question isn’t:

“Is this bad enough to leave/change/question?”

Maybe it’s:

“Is this actually what I want?”

Those are VERY different questions.

You don’t need burnout to give yourself permission to work differently.

You don’t need to hate your business to change it.

You don’t need your life to collapse before questioning how you’re living it.

You don’t need to reach breaking point before putting something down.

And you definitely don’t need to justify wanting:

More excitement.

More space.

More freedom.

More money.

More adventure.

More presence.

More LIFE.

One of the most dangerous places to get stuck isn’t somewhere terrible.

It’s somewhere that’s fine enough to tolerate.

Because you can tolerate fine for a very fu***ng long time.

So maybe nothing is wrong.

Beautiful.

Now answer the harder question:

Is this actually how you want to live?

DAY TWO - Adventure Day

We headed out into the highlands for the day of adventure.

Some call it a hike, some call it a climb 🧗‍♀️ 😂

But the best part was watching everyone do two things;

- do something that really challenged them

- find their limit and respect it for that day

Pretty sensational day in the mountains together and I’m reminded that :

“ THIS IS WHAT ITS ABOUT”

Connection, community but really creating space, still having adventure alongside ambition

This is what makes leaders stand out

Their ability to push when they need to and equally give LIFE to their living

🫡

That’s what we are creating here

DAY ONE - ARRIVAL DAY

We welcomed the gang to Ormidale House and settled in for the night! Lots of catching up, sharing stories and settling into the space.

When I arrived, I took one look at the long table and got excited to see the Mavs fill it up with life, connection and stories and last night was exactly that! 🖤

Today we get outside, explore the highlands 🥾🏔️

Excited for the next few days ahead

You are allowed to want to feel fu***ng excited again

Not grateful

Not “fine.”
Not managing

Not:
“Sure, what have I got to complain about?”
EXCITED

I’ve heard some version of this multiple times since announcing the final HHP intake.
“I just want to feel excited again.”

And it has stayed with me.

Because when did coping become an acceptable definition of a good life?

When did success become something we manage rather than something we actually fu***ng experience?

I want clients who are excited about Tuesday

About an idea they can’t stop thinking about

About their business again

About booking the flight

About taking the risk

About finishing work and actually being present

About what they’re creating

About who they’re becoming

About their fu***ng LIFE

Not constantly waiting for:

the business to calm down,
the kids to get older,
the bank balance to hit a number,
the next problem to disappear,
the next milestone to arrive…

before they finally give themselves permission to enjoy what they’ve built.

And maybe that feels foreign right now because somewhere along the way you learned that adulthood was supposed to be serious.

Responsible.
Productive.
Useful.

But I think excitement tells us something.
It tells us where there is life

So here’s a question I genuinely want you to sit with:

When was the last time you felt properly fu***ng excited about your own life?

And if you can’t remember…
maybe that’s worth paying attention to

This week was pretty special!

A flight to London to install a brand new operating system into our very first company! A fu***ng pinch me moment 🤌🏻🔱

Honestly, thinking about the journey of getting to that point and now installing new operating system into a flipping company there’s parts of me that think;

“How the f**k did this happen, how did I even get here?”

And then I think about the journey and the obsession with how humans operate and helping them remove the friction that comes with success and I think - that’s how

One takeaway from the new OS INSTALL was this phrase:

“ success without the trade”

Seeing that founder embody the work and bring it to their company has been genuinely a milestone moment for me

I never need proof because I believe so much is what we are building but when moments like this happen, you celebrate them

🚀🚀🚀🚀

Spent a stupid amount of time stuck in Stansted airport, only to return back to it within a few hours to bring the fam to Alton towers. Pretty wild few days of over stimulation 😂 but this is why I talk about retaliation in reserve 😜

Came back home and spent the day in the mountains ⛰️

Closing out the week, having announced that HHP is closing its doors while also delivering the first ever company wide OS install is a pretty wild week

As well as now stepping into next week with our final HHP RETREAT ever in Scotland!!!! Pretty surreal

But currently building the evolution 🫡🚀

For now… we’ve 6 spaces left on the final cohort within HHP before we close our doors. 🚪

If you’re ready to step into a competently new upgrade for how you operate and feel day to day, let’s chat 💬

Imagine being successful without needing to constantly prove that you deserve to be.

Imagine building something ambitious without your entire life becoming collateral damage.

Imagine saying no without needing a 14-page defence.

Changing direction without feeling like you’ve failed.

Resting without having to earn it.

Making a decision because you fu***ng want to — not because it’s the most sensible, impressive or expected option.

Trusting yourself enough to disappoint people.

Having ambition that actually belongs to you.

Having space to play.

To create.

To be with the people you love.

To change your mind.

To want more.

To decide you already have enough.

That’s what interests me now.

Not helping people become better at tolerating lives they’ve outgrown.

Not squeezing another 17% productivity out of already capable humans.

**Helping people build a way of operating that actually supports the life they want to fu***ng live.**

That’s the work.

You think you have a motivation problem.

Maybe you don’t actually want the thing you’re trying to motivate yourself to do.

You think you have a strategy problem.

Maybe you don’t trust yourself enough to commit to one.

You think you have a productivity problem.

Maybe you’ve built your entire definition of success around how much you can carry.

You think you’ve lost your ambition.

Maybe you’re just fu***ng bored of pursuing somebody else’s definition of winning.

You think you need more discipline.

Maybe you’ve spent years overriding yourself and calling it discipline.

This is one of the things I see constantly in my work.

We try to solve the thing we can SEE.

More strategy.
More routines.
More accountability.
Another plan.
Another goal.

But sometimes the presenting problem isn’t actually the problem.

It’s downstream.

And until you see what’s creating it, you can spend years getting really fu***ng good at solving the wrong thing.

That’s a huge part of what happens behind closed doors in my coaching.

You arrive with the thing you think we need to work on.

And then we find the thing underneath it that’s actually running the show.

08/09/2026

You don’t need to burn your whole fu***ng life down.

Sometimes you just need to stop pretending the parts that aren’t working… are.

I think we have this idea that change needs to be justified by catastrophe.

The business needs to be failing.

The relationship needs to be unbearable.

You need to be completely burnt out.

You need to have hit some dramatic rock bottom before you’re “allowed” to question anything.

But what about when everything is technically fine?

You’re successful.

You’re capable.

You’ve built a decent life.

Other people might even look at you and think:

*What more could you possibly want?*

And yet…

something doesn’t fit anymore.

The way you’re working.
The thing you’re chasing.
The pace you’re living at.
The role you’ve become really fu***ng good at playing.

Nothing is catastrophically wrong.

You just know:j

**I don’t want to keep doing it like this.**

That’s enough.

You don’t need to wait until your life forces you to change something you’ve already quietly outgrown.
