🐰 Somebunny heard it was International Rabbit Day! 💙
This is lovely Snoopie, a recent patient at our Bandon clinic, pictured here with our Practice Manager Karen and helping us celebrate all things rabbit today! 🐇
A few simple ways to help keep your rabbit happy and healthy:
🥬 Plenty of good-quality hay and fresh greens
💧 Fresh water every day
🐇 Space to exercise and explore
🩺 Regular health checks and vaccinations
👀 Watch for changes in appetite or behaviour
And a little rabbit fact for the day: when rabbits are feeling particularly happy and excited, they may leap into the air and twist their bodies. This joyful little move is known as a “binky”!
