MOS Property Maintenance

Our Handyman, Garden & Landscape, Door-lock and Cleaning Service are very popular. We now offer a drilling service where one of our team will visit your property and fit mirrors, pictures, rails, hanging baskets clothes lines etc. We also offer a springtime garden maintenance service where we will trim hedging, cut lawns, powerwash decking & paving, generally give a lift to the garden before the summer arrives. We would be happy to use any materials such as paint or wood you may have stored from previous projects. At MOS Property Maintenance our motto is to repair rather than replace when possible. This will save our clients the cost of buying new material and help the environment by not sending waste materials to landfill. we strive to recycle as much material as possible. I have been involved in the construction sector for 15 years. I started my career as a stonemason and in the last 10 years I have been completing snag lists on new properties, providing maintenance, and managing projects for Local authorities and development companies.
