Why are we so afraid of death? 🌿
How can we relax with its certainty? Can death be celebrated? And what does it mean to actually encounter it rather than avoid it?
In The Art of Living and Dying, Osho explores one of life’s greatest mysteries with depth, clarity, compassion, and humor — offering insights and practical guidance for meditation along the way.

“Death cannot be denied by repeating that death does not exist. Death will have to be known, it will have to be encountered, it will have to be lived. You will have to become acquainted with it.” Osho, And Now and Here, 3
Who decided that the inner life and enjoying the outer world had to be opposites? 🌿
Meditation is often associated with renunciation, simplicity, or having less. Osho challenged that separation between the inner and the outer.
His approach leaves room for both.
“I don’t see any point of dividing the outer and the inner.
I have been poor, I have lived in utter poverty, I have lived in richness.
And believe me, richness is far better than poverty.
I am a man of very simple interests: I am utterly satisfied with the best of anything, I don’t ask for more.”
Osho, The Wild Geese and the Water, 9
How much of your past are you still living?
The event may be over, but the mind can continue replaying it — remembering, brooding, reopening old wounds.
In Wake up from the Past and Step Into Now, Osho turns the question of what is real and what is illusion toward something much more immediate: Are you alert right now?
The past has disappeared. The future has not arrived. Osho points toward the witness — the awareness that can observe everything passing without being carried away by it.
“This witness is the search of meditation.”
Osho, The Beloved, Vol. 2

When something hurts, the natural reaction is often to fight it, avoid it, or try to make it disappear.
OSHO From Body Pain to Awareness explores a different relationship with physical pain.
Using awareness techniques from Osho’s Book of Secrets together with breathwork, the course offers ways to recognize where pain, stress, and tension are held in the body, support relaxation, and experience witnessing.
The aim isn’t to pretend the pain isn’t there. It is to discover what can happen when pain is met with awareness rather than becoming the center of everything.
“The flame of pain is located inside, while the light radiates outward.”
Osho, Becoming a Witness, #12

How much responsibility are you willing to take for your freedom? 🌿
👉🏻 What does being truly free mean to you?
“Everybody wants freedom as far as talking is concerned, but nobody really is free and nobody really wants to be free, because freedom brings responsibility. It does not come alone.”
Osho, The Path of the Mystic, 16

Sometimes the very effort to become quiet, relaxed, or meditative creates another struggle inside.
OSHO Self-Hypnosis for Meditation explores a gentler way.
Over seven days, you’ll learn to use self-hypnosis to move from the usual doing mind into deeper relaxation — creating the conditions where meditation can happen more naturally.
The course is also available as an optional Facilitator Training for those who want to learn how to share the process with others.

Have you ever thought about it?
Do you accept yourself exactly as you are? 🌿
“Do you love yourself? Have you any respect for yourself? Forget about love, forget about respect; do you even accept yourself as you are? There is condemnation; you would like to be somebody else, you don’t want to be yourself – not at all.”
Osho, From Unconsciousness to Consciousness, 4
