Sublime ART

I am a visual artist who explores the beauty of the natural world around me. I received my Graphic Design & Animation BA(Hons) in the early 90's and from there started my creative career in advertising and design. Lived in Germany briefly before moving back to beautiful South Africa, there I pursued clothing design, branding and stationery design. In this time I was presented with best stand design at the Shop SA Expo at the Sandton Convention Centre South Africa, and in 2007 received the Made in Africa award at the Mondi Awards Event hosted in South Africa. "I guess I have always art in my heart. However, my contemporary art took a breather while I concentrated on my career and dealt with life's various surprises". My creative bent in visual arts awoke again after moving to Ireland in 2015. I found my inspiration from my immediate surroundings off this native land, Ireland. Where colour choices are often inspired by nature, landscapes, the sea, the farmsteads, animals and its many characters. “I am enjoying my journey and looking forward to new challenges."
