Troy Building

About us
We are building contractors in business for many years, the family business commenced in 1960 with my Father, Chris Troy and I took over the business in 1980. For quiet a number of years I specialished in sewer repair/replacement and subsidence, while I still undertake this work, I have over the years completed several once off house builds. Another aspect of my work which has become very popular again over the last few years are home extensions and renovations - utilising space to the best level - adding sunrooms, offices, playrooms, wet rooms. I am a well established building contractor with an excellent team of employees and subbies. I have been associated with the building trade all of my life in Cork city and surrounding areas. My advertising has always been through "word and mouth", my clients have simply recommended me to their families and associates and so for the last 30 years I have been successfull in my business and lucky over the last few years to have continuous work.
