Lifetime Lab is a multi award winning visitor and education centre located in Cork City's Old Cork Waterworks overlooking the River Lee.
Journey through Victorian architecture and explore the steam centre,transfrom into environmental detectives with our interactive exhibits and unwind in our playground and garden.Lifetime LAb is suitable for all ages.
We had great time at our ‘Wonderful World of Water’ camp this midterm!
We dove deep into the science of density & buoyancy, testing, building and discovering what really makes things sink or float. We made some cargo ships float, water gliders glide and even lava lamps! We were even lucky enough to observe some amazing sea life with Explorers Education Programme!

We’d a very interesting day as 6th class learned all about circuits and electricity! Everyone enjoyed the day with Lifetime Lab at Old Cork Waterworks Experience!

We have another full week of workshops this week! On Monday we visited Clondrohid National School with House of Circuits!
💡Students from 3rd-5th class explored electrical circuits and also conducted investigations to find what everyday items and materials were electrical conductors and insulators!
