I’m buzzing to finally be saying that. 🤍
‘UNFOLD’ is about remembering, going back to the beginning. It’s just me, my voice, my guitar & the songs. A journey through healing & understanding pain, finding home & finding love. sometimes we need to fall apart to truly unfold.

I’ve been years trying to make this album happen. it’s been everything but linear in trying to create this album and that’s what makes it even more special. finally she’s ready to be set free.

to be releasing this album while I’m 34 weeks pregnant feels so significant and so healing. I’m so excited to release this album and I’m so excited to become a mamma.

‘LOVE’ is out into the universe just over a week & I’m over the moon with the beautiful response the song and music video has gotten. 🤍
I’m buzzing this song has resonated with so many of you. I never thought I’d write a song like this. I’ve released so many songs about pain. there’s a place for it all. art is all about creating - whether it’s in the darkness or the light. but, it’s been so freeing to write about joy and love. turns out we all do need more love, I think we can never have enough of it.

I put a call out and asked you to send me a clip of what ‘LOVE’ means for you and the response was so beautiful. It was such a joy to make this video and to get a glimpse into all of your worlds.
over the years in my career I’ve spent money I didn’t have on music videos and many other things in my career. I’ve worked with some wonderful people but so often as an artist releasing music, we end up absolutely broke.
I wanted this song, this album and this new body of work to be different. I wanted to do it my way, not dedicated my anyone else. with community being at the centre of it all. because I really believe that’s what it’s all about, that’s why we make music - to connect.
this music video is about community, connection and love. creativity connects us all and I’m so happy to have you wonderful people who sent me clips at the heart of it.
thank you all so much for being such superstars.
I hope this music video is a reminder for you that love is everywhere, in everything, in so many ways - we just have to allow ourselves to see it. 🤍
