Such a great morning, with a lovely group of people, in beautiful surroundings while supporting a very worthwhile cause. A super way to spend a Sunday morning and I'm so grateful to everyone who showed up.

For me, healthy spinal mobility isn't about pushing further. It's about creating space, finding balance and moving with awareness.
Lately, I've been really enjoying this transition from Kapinjalasana to Wild Thing. It just feels really good in my body.

Just completed another amazing training with Jason Crandell ✨
As always, it was insightful, engaging, and so clearly explained. I especially loved the deep dive into the anatomy and physiology of breathing - so interesting.
Feeling very grateful to get to keep learning from a teacher who inspires me so much, and to be able to practice, study, and teach what I love 🙏

I’m delighted to be back teaching at Hot Yoga Dublin after my winter wandering ✨
I’ll be in the hot studio this Friday at 4:30pm, covering for the always fabulous , and then back from next Tuesday for my regular 5:30pm & 7pm 🔥 Vinyasa classes.

Happy St Patrick's Day from SW 🇫🇷.
I'm returning to 🇮🇪 and really looking forward to getting back to teaching my regular Wednesday morning class in Yoga Boann from next week (25th Mar at 10am). Can't wait to catch up with you all and hopefully meet some new faces too.

A return to Sarlat this January ✨
This time we stayed overnight, so we got to see the town beautifully lit after dark. Stunning sights, wonderful food, great drinks & live music 🎶 What more could you want?
We even met a dog called Hashtag - very IG friendly 😁
